Scott worked as a TV Producer at Roadshow Film Distributors from 1987-1998, producing trailers, TVCs, behind the scenes programs, movie premiere events, EPKs, music clips and movie review segments for major film releases from Warner Brothers, Walt Disney, MIRAMAX, Touchstone, Hollywood Pictures and many independent Australian producers.
He then moved to Media Entertainment Group, where he produced TV and Cinema ads for many major brands and institutions including The National Gallery Of Victoria, Village Cinemas, Parks Victoria, Grey Advertising and Crime Stoppers. He also executive produced the national direct television program, Good Health Television.
Scott formed Creswick Creative in 1999 and has continued working with such well respected companies and brands as Walt Disney Motion Pictures Australia and New Zealand, Walt Disney Home Entertainment, Roadshow Films, Village Cinemas, HOYTS, Mattel, Walt Disney Television, Lonely Planet, Rip Curl, Liberation Music, ICON Films and MGM.
Driven by a lifetime of love for fine art and animation, Brooke Creswick achieved a degree in Computer Animation at the Australian National University in 1998 before forging a career as a very talented Editor/Producer at Creswick Creative.
Over the last 6 years Brooke's flair and talent for television graphics and editing has been a true asset to Creswick Creative where her creative and productive input has contributed largely to the company's growth.
Brooke has recently been promoted to Production manager, which sees her responsible for the company's large output of work on a daily basis.
Within 12 months of joining, Matt Dunn has become a highly valued part of the Creswick team.
With his quick learning capacity he has risen to the challenge of running and maintaining all DVD and video duplication, as well as our vitally important SmartJog system, handling incoming and outgoing broadcast materials worldwide.
An avid gamer, Matt has reached top worldwide rankings in on-line gaming. We reckon he has the fastest thumbs
in the south.
Jesse graduated from Swinburne University in 2007 with a degree in Multimedia (Media Studies). He also spent some time abroad studying film in the United States. During and since his studies he worked as a freelance graphic designer, filmmaker and motion graphics artist, creating promotional materials and videos for Vicdeaf, Kingsley College and various not-for-profit organisations.
Jesse has written and directed several short films including film noir comedy A Night of Fowl Play, family drama Shelter, and most recently a redemptive horror, Halt. He grew up watching movies and it remains his passion, which makes work at Creswick Creative all the more fulfilling.

Charlene graduated with a degree in Multimedia Design from Swinburne University after discovering a love for photography, art and video mixed with technology. After graduating at the top of her class (geek!) she went on to an internship at Australian Centre for the Moving Image collaborating on an Interactive Interface for 2006 VCE Seasons of Excellence exhibition.
Charlene went on to work for Compulsive Digital Agency, gaining loads of knowledge in connecting audiences with brands through working with award winning advertising companies and recognised brands like Jeanswest, Target, Sussans and Foodworks.
In between traveling the world, creating short films and working 9 to 5, Charlene has produced and collaborated on videos for the Yarra Valley & Dandenong Ranges and The Alfred Hospital Foundation. She is now happily utilising and expanding her skills in the movie world at Creswick Creative.

After traveling to America in 2003 and studying film, Sam came back to Australia to finish his degree in Multimedia at Victoria University.
He was head graphic designer of the University's magazine Seed, and also did some of his own freelance work, which included graphic design for the American magazine Movieguide, promotional materials for a local film school Compass Arts Downunder, and editing a series of online lectures for a University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Sam has been the cinematographer for many short films, and hopes to one day shoot a feature. Creswick Creative provides opportunities for him to continue doing what he loves and work with an exciting and creative team.
