CRESWICK PRODUCES HOTONDO TVC’s FOR ‘THE FURNACE’

Creswick Creative has just completed production of 4 x 30 second fantastic TV Commercials for ‘Hotondo Homes’ and Melbourne Ad Agency ‘The Furnace’. Produced by Creswick Creative with Scott Creswick Directing and Producing, the TVC’s were shot by Greg Parish DOP and all Post Production was completed at Creswick Creative skillfully edited by Samuel Baulch, one of Creswick’s talented and versatile in-house Editors. Audio Post was completed by David Ashton in his neighboring ‘Sample & Hold’ Studios. The Hotondo TVC’s have been a regular feature on morning television over the Xmas break and continue to grace our screens daily and from all reports, the campaign has been an outstanding success. Creswick Creative looks forward to working with ‘The Furnace’ on future TVC campaigns throughout 2012.

In recent times Creswick Creative has been quietly filming some TV pilot ideas that we hope will soon come to life on Australian national TV. This year has seen us involved in the production of a fantastic new aviation documentary, a domestic survival ideas show, a travel cooking show (– yes another one!) and a new informal chat program hosted by Jacqueline Pascarl. With shooting completed during most of 2011 the production slate has been extremely full for the Creswick team. On locations throughout Victoria and inner Melbourne, Creswick Creative has been using all of its resources and talents to create some very entertaining program content that we hope will attract the attention of networks and the Australian viewing audience. With a small mobile and versatile crew, our production team has worked quickly and efficiently, and in many cases, on the run, to put together some pretty impressive production concepts… we hope the Australian TV viewers agree! Entering into a pilot production for a new TV show is not something you enter into at the drop of a hat as these things take quite a bit of work and grey matter to complete. Aside from the filming, you have the editing, audio post and grading to be completed which makes each production one that requires significant effort. But when you love TV Production like we do, it’s more a pleasant hobby than hard work, we think, and once again, it helps if you love what you do!

YOU TUBE has changed the face of how we view video content – period! Billions of people everyday are now visiting and spending time on YOU TUBE each and everyday of the week.
Hydro Tasmania has taken full advantage of this by setting up it’s very own YOU TUBE channel page like so many other companies, brands and individuals have done in recent times.
Hydro Tasmania is using it’s YOU TUBE channel page to show visitors videos of some of the fantastic projects they have been undertaking and involved with in recent times. The featured videos,
many of which have been produced by Creswick Creative, give investors, stake holders, staff members and the general public the chance to see inside some of the great projects being undertaken and instigated by Australia’s largest provider of clean energy. Shortly, to be included among the videos featured, are a series of graduate videos produced by Creswick Creative for the Hydro Tasmania Graduate Engineer program. The videos are created and produced to help make graduate engineers be aware of the the fantastic Hydro Tasmania graduate engineer program and of the many opportunities Hydro Tasmania offer to young graduate engineers. The videos were filmed on location at Hydro’s Poatina Power Station and at their head office and surrounds in Hobart Tasmania with post production completed at Creswick’s South Melbourne facility.

No peace for the wicked at Creswick Creative of late with an impressive array of varied and exciting projects on the go!
With exciting new Disney films releasing in theaters and on DVD, Creswick Creative has been busy working with Disney
producing some fantastic TVC’s and promotional video materials for Disney’s recent releases which have included the horror hit ‘Fright Night’ starring Colin
Farrell. The highly anticipated release of Cars 2 on DVD and Blu Ray has also seen Creswick producing an extensive TVC campaign for the hugely popular Disney Pixar
title. In addition, Creswick Creative has been very busy on location shooting in Tasmania’s northern Great Lake region for Hydro Tasmania.
The major refurbishment project at Poatina Power station, one of Hydro Tasmania’s key hydro power locations, is a massive project and vast investment for Hydro Tasmania.
Creswick Creative has been commissioned to create a corporate video documentary of the vast project outlining it’s key participants and the benefits of the major refurbishment for Hydro Tasmania, its down stream stake holders and the people of Tasmania’s northern region for the next 20 plus years and beyond. The Poatina video involved a 3 day shooting scheduling which included on site and off site HD filming at Poatina and the surrounding region and also extensive aerial photography of the location and works in progress with all post production being completed at Creswick Creative’s South Melbourne production facility.
